Voting Information

91传媒 advances active democratic participation and global citizenship through a liberal arts education rooted in freedom of speech and expression and promotes civic engagement. The College also reminds community members of its Policy on Political Activity. Elections for local and county offices will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 4. The Wyckoff Center will serve as the campus polling place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day. Only students who live on campus and are registered to vote in New York state may vote on campus. Please visit the for additional information about the election, including for those who live off campus, early voting, and sample ballots.

Celebrating the Africana Studies and the Mellon Foundation Grant

Join us from 4:306:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, in the Wyckoff Center to celebrate four years of racial justice initiatives funded by the Mellon Foundation grant, "Africana Studies and the Humanities at 91传媒: Transnational Explorations in Social Justice." The event will feature shared reflections, a short documentary, and food.

孋hanges to CDTA bus service to campus

The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) has announced plans to make to routes in Saratoga Springs, including service to 91传媒, effective Sunday, Nov. 30. , which currently serves campus, will no longer be in service, except for late night 91传媒 service on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Riders will have access to CDTA FLEX On Demand service, an on-demand, point-to-point service that uses CDTA Navigator app. . CDTA will hold an information session on the new routes at the Saratoga Springs Public Library at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

91传媒 biggest student-led concert returns to Zankel Music Center for two nights only Friday, Nov. 21, and Saturday, Nov. 22. Tickets are $5 for students and $15 for faculty and staff. before they sell out. All proceeds benefit 91传媒 Cares.

屸赌Mexico Now: Storytelling, Power, and Resistance in the 21st Century is a two-day colloquium featuring acclaimed authors Juan Pablo Villalobos and Guadalupe Nettel. The event will be held Friday, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1, in the Wyckoff Center. Presenters will explore storytelling, political agency, and cultural identity in Mexico through literature, film, and other artistic forms.

Pack the Rink kicks off the men ice hockey season Friday, Oct. 31, as the Thoroughbreds host Wentworth Institute of Technology at the Saratoga City Rink. The game begins at 7 p.m., with a free shuttle from Case Center departing at 6:30 p.m. At 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, field hockey wraps its regular season against SUNY Cortland. Men soccer will play for seeding as it hosts Rochester Institute of Technology at 2 p.m. in its regular-season finale. Volleyball will host a tri-match beginning at 2 p.m. with matches against Clarkson University and SUNY Oswego. Stay tuned for upcoming playoff matchups beginning next Tuesday.
