Emergency alert and siren testing

孋ampus Safety will conduct a test of both the siren and 91传媒 Urgent Notification System (SUNS) at approximately 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, for roughly 15 minutes. If you are outside and do not hear the siren, please call ext. 5567 or email Campus Safety. If you are signed up for SUNS notifications and do not receive an email, text message, and/or voicemail as expected, please email Lori Parks.

孊lack Men Speaking: A Conversation with Eight African American Writers 

孉ll are invited to join distinguished African American writers Ethelbert Miller, Clifford Thompson, Jerald Walker, Mark Sanders, Gerald Early, David Nicholson, John McCluskey Jr., and Charles Johnson on Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 45 p.m. for a conversation about American history, literature, politics, and culture. Assistant Professor Tammy Owens will moderate.

孯eceive ashes on the second floor of Case Center or join the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life for a gathering at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, in the Wyckoff Center. Midday prayer will be held Mondays at 12:30 p.m. in Case 205. Online registration for Camp Northwoods, 91传媒 summer day camp for children, is now open for employees. Community members were sent an email with specific instructions last week. Learn more

學omen lacrosse will host a February break kids camp Feb. 1620 for children in grades K5. The camp runs 9 a.m.搉oon at the Williamson Sports Center and includes arts and crafts, games, and other activities. Cost is $30 per day or $125 for the week. For more information, contact Makayla Hutchinson. .

Valentine's Day chocolate-covered strawberry sale 

孋hocolate-covered strawberries will be available through a pre-order sale, with orders due by Thursday, Feb. 12. Half-dozen boxes cost $10. Orders may be picked up from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the Spa. A limited number of boxes will also be available for purchase the day of.
