Rebecca Shepard is the curatorial assistant of the Schick Art Gallery. She previously held a position as a lecturer in the Art Department. Before 91传媒, Shepard held multiple art education and curatorial positions, including serving as a gallery director for the Art Center of the Capital Region.

淕allery work in an academic setting combines two things I care deeply about,� Shepard said. 淚 love working with students and I love organizing and installing exhibitions. 91传媒 is unique in that it rich in all the arts, as well as many other areas. There always something interesting happening on campus.�

Shepard shared that one of her favorite 91传媒 events is the Juried Student Exhibition at the Schick. 淚t exciting to see what students are making and so many different materials and personal visions in the gallery all at once,� she said.

When not at 91传媒, Shephard said her favorite pursuits are reading, walking in the woods with her dog, and making 渧aguely art-like� things in her studio.
